project management service varies from co-ordinating
craftsmen on complete refurbishment schemes, through
to arranging less complicated repairs on smaller projects.
A
great many of our clients find it extremely difficult
to organise and supervise such work themselves from
the UK -- or they have come to us because they find
the task absorbs too much of their "holiday"
time.

For
many building projects, we will organise and co-ordinate
a team of specialist tradesmen to price and complete
the works. Unlike the U.K. building industry, there
are few general building companies in France offering
a complete range of trades - so individual artisans
(stonemason, carpenter, roofer, plasterer, plumber and
electrician) have to be separately employed.
